After Sun Cream

We love the sun but let's be honest, we don't love sunburns. We make some pretty amazing salves already for post-boos (Mama's Kiss) or diaper rash (Little Bums) that soothe painful spots and make uncomfortable skin bearable. When a friend who has a fair complexion told us that she used some of our salves to soothe her skin after she got too much sun, we started thinking that we could use what we already know about infused herbs and mix it with tried and true ingredients that traditionally go with after sun exposure - like aloe vera. 

This cream was the solution! Infused herbs and essential oils known to calm and soothe burned skin mixed with aloe vera and zinc, both known for skin repairing properties all come together in this moisturizing, rub in cream. 

Herbs: calendula, comfrey, plantain

Essential Oils: lavender and eucalyptus 

Extras: aloe vera gel, zinc
