A little goes a long way — here’s how to use it:

• Sprinkle a couple of tablespoons into a warm bath for an invigorating, peppermint-infused soak.

• Add a small handful to the bottom of your shower to create a natural steam diffuser.

• Dissolve a teaspoon in a stopped-up sink, drape a towel over your head, and inhale the aromatic steam for instant sinus relief.
